Referral Program Terms & Conditions
- Payout Trigger: The R750 referral reward is only payable via EFT after the referred client has signed a legally binding contract for a new website and has settled their project invoice in full . No partial payments or deposits trigger a reward.
- No Refund on Deposits: If a referred client pays a deposit but cancels before final payment, no referral reward is due , and any deposit paid by the client remains non-refundable according to our standard service terms.
- 30-Day Conversion Window: To qualify for the reward, the referred client must sign their contract within 30 days of your initial referral submission. Referrals that convert after 30 days are not eligible for a payout.
- Qualified Referrals Only: Self-referrals are strictly prohibited. You cannot refer yourself, a company you own, or a company where you are a primary decision-maker.
- Contract Cancellation: If the referred client cancels their contract, requests a refund, or defaults on payment before the final invoice is fully settled, no reward will be issued .
- Spam & Mass Distribution: Referrals must be based on personal or professional relationships. Bulk emailing, spamming, posting on public coupon/discount forums, or using automated bots will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all pending rewards.
- Right to Terminate: We reserve the right to investigate any referral activity, withhold payment, or terminate a user’s participation if we suspect fraudulent activity, manipulation, or creation of fake client profiles.
